(i) All lots are sold on an “as seen, as is, where is” basis with no warranties or guarantees. Descriptions and images are provided for guidance only, and buyers are responsible for inspecting items before bidding. All sales are final once the hammer falls (or once a provisional bid is accepted).
(i) Lots must be collected within 14 days of the auction (unless otherwise stated). Buyers are responsible for all loading, transport, and removal costs. If items are not collected within the required timeframe, storage charges may apply, and items may be removed and stored at the buyer’s risk and expense. Lots will not be released until full payment and any applicable storage charges are paid and required release documentation must be presented before removal.
Buyer Fees: 10% on the first £4,500 or lower / 2.5% on any balance over £4,500 / 20% VAT will be added to all purchases.Please note: VAT will be charged on all purchases at the point of sale. Upon receipt of valid proof of export, the VAT amount will be reimbursed accordingly.
